Job title and location

GXO Logistics is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crick for a customer, one of the most famous fashion retail companies worldwide, within brand-new facilities.

Work hours & shift patterns

We offer the following shifts:

• Friday – Monday (including weekends): 07:00–15:00, 13:00–23:00 or 15:00–23:00
• Friday – Saturday: 15:00–23:00
• Saturday – Sunday: 15:00–23:00

• Hourly rates: £13.12 for AM and £14.77 for PM shift (13:00–23:00)
• Weekend allowance: £1 per hour

What you will do on a typical day

• Perform a range of duties related to handling stock including picking and packing
• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout the warehouse from inbound to outbound
• Be responsible for Health and Safety, helping to minimise risks, hazards, and incidents
• Use Warehouse Management Systems on a day‑to‑day basis
