Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Forklift Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our clients busy yard operation based in Royal Wootton Bassett on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift driver looking for stable, full-time hours in a hands-on, outdoor role.This role is offering an immediate start, and a the potential for a permanent position after a successful trial period. Pay&Benefits£26,251 per year as starting salary Set day shift Monday to Friday working 08:30am 16.30pm No weekend working 28 days paid annual leave Ongoing support from our team This role is a direct permanent placement The Role: As a Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Operating a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently for yard duties This role is a 50/50 split between FLT and Warehouse operational duties Moving stock and materials around the yard Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries Supporting goods in and goods out processesEnsuring stock is stored correctly and safely Carrying out basic daily vehicle checks on the forklift Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment Working collaboratively with the warehouse and yard team Following all health&safety procedures at all times Requirements: Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance&Reach Truck) Previous experience in an industrial/ Warehousing environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious If you are interested in this role, please submit an up-to-date CV by applying.
