Do you have industry experience in plumbing and a passion for developing the next generation of tradespeople? This is a great opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across plumbing courses up to Level 3, supporting learners to develop practical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for the industry.What you'll do:• Deliver engaging teaching across Plumbing programmes up to Level 3 • Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum • Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback • Monitor and track learner progress to support achievement • Develop learning materialsand activities to enhance understanding• Promote the importance of plumbing and the wider construction sector • Ensure a safe and professional learning environment • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to support delivery What we're looking for: • Industry experience in plumbing • A relevant qualification in Plumbing (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience• Confidence delivering to learners in a practical environment • Strong communication and organisational skills • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) • A proactive, hands-on and supportive approach This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry expertiseinto education and support learners to build successful careers in the construction sector.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
