The Role

Provide efficient and professional drinks service while maintaining the highest standards of guest interaction and presentation throughout the event. Play an important role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests in a polished and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve champagne, wine, spirits and premium beverages to a high standard
• Provide attentive, confident and professional service to guests
• Maintain an organised and well‑presented bar area
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
• Ensure glassware and service areas remain clean and polished
• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
• Maintain excellent personal presentation throughout the event
