Bartender, Honiton

Location: THE PIG-at Combe, Honiton, EX14 3AD

Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £14.81 per hour, including tronc)

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team.

Our bars at THE PIG’s are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind, infusing locally sourced spirits with herbs, flowers, berries, bacon and caramel.

As a Bartender you will support the day‑to‑day running of the bar, ensuring it remains clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in developing beverage knowledge and a passion for current trends is essential.

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
• Deliver a creative cocktail service to guests.

• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create modern twists.
• Passion for beverage knowledge and current trends.
