Bar Staff – Festivals & Concerts – Bedford / Luton

Location: Bedford, Luton & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay (£14.29 total)

Arc Hospitality Recruitment is hiring experienced Bar Staff to work major outdoor concerts, festivals, and live music events across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire this summer.

We are building teams for Labyrinth Open Air at Tofte Manor, Forest Live concerts, and Delapré Abbey summer events.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible hospitality work, festival bar shifts, weekend work, or temporary summer jobs across the summer event season.

• Forest Live Concerts (17th, 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st June) - FREE Transport from Luton city centre
• Labyrinth Open Air – Tofte Manor (3rd, 4th, 11th & 12th July) - Make your OWN WAY (free parking)
• Delapré Abbey Summer Series (11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th & 25th July) - Make your OWN WAY (free parking)

• Serving drinks on high volume bars
• Pouring pints and serving packaged products quickly and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
• Working as part of a fast paced bar team

• Previous bar, pub, festival, or hospitality experience required
• Confident working in busy environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be 18+ with right to work in the UK
