• Manage multiple drinks in a busy environment.
• Prepare coffees accurately, using knowledge of different coffee types and coffee machines.
• Maintain high standards and eye for detail to ensure no one leaves thirsty.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team towards shared goals.

• All service charge distributed and paid out to staff, including during holidays.
• Great discounts across the menu: 80% off shift hours and 50% off during shift for all employees.
• Extra day’s holiday for each year worked plus a birthday off, guaranteed. (We are closed on Christmas day.)
• Incentives on shift: outcomes such as mystery guest reports can earn rewards.
