What You Will Do:

• Lead on complex safeguarding assessments, ensuring the highest standards of practice and protection planning.

• Coordinate and chair multi-agency safeguarding meetings, driving forward effective partnership working.
• Provide high-quality written reports and maintain thorough case records that meet statutory and best practice standards.
• Champion continuous improvement across the team, sharing your knowledge and supporting less experienced practitioners through coaching and training.
