AbouttheRole

AsMarketingOperationsCoordinator,you'llberesponsibleforsupportingthesuccessfuldeliveryofmarketingcampaigns,eventsandprojects,whilsthelpingtoimproveprocessesandmaintainefficientwaysofworkingacrosstheteam.

You'llbeanaturalorganiserwhoenjoysbringingstructuretobusyprojects,coordinatingmultiplestakeholdersandensuringnothingslipsthroughthecracks.

KeyResponsibilitiesfortheMarketingOperationsCoordinator

• Coordinatethedeliveryofmarketingcampaigns,projectsandinitiativesacrossthebusiness
• Manageprojecttimelines,ensuringdeadlines,assetsandstakeholdersremainaligned
• SupportCRMmanagement,leadtracking,reportingandcampaignadministration
• Coordinateexhibitions,eventsandmarketingactivities,includingsuppliers,logisticsandpromotionalmaterials
• Managemarketingstock,purchaseorders,invoicingandoperationaldocumentation
• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprocesses,systemsandwaysofworkingacrossthemarketingfunction

• Experiencecoordinatingprojects,campaignsoroperationswithinamarketingorcommercialenvironment
• Excellentorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
