What you will do

• Strategic Leadership:Provide strategic leadership in education quality, driving school improvement and inclusive practice.
• SEND&Inclusion Strategy:Lead and embed the SEND and inclusion strategy in line with statutory frameworks, including the SEND Code of Practice.
• Educational Improvement:Champion improvement across maintained schools and academies to ensure all learners thrive.
• Vulnerable Learners:Oversee initiatives supporting vulnerable cohorts, including children in care and pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Partnership Working:Build strong partnerships with schools, Ofsted, health services, and multi-agency stakeholders to enhance outcomes.
• Resources&Performance:Manage complex budgets, resources, and performance metrics across diverse service areas.
• People Leadership:Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Safeguarding:Embed effective safeguarding practice across all education services.
