Remit Compass Associates are excited to be working with an established care and education focused business which has an excellent reputation within the care and education sector. As the Registered Manager you will work to high individual KPI's and work as part of a team in the achievement of regional and organisational objectives. You will hold a comprehensive knowledge of PACE model of therapeutic parenting, along with knowledge of relevant legislation. You will be managing a fully staffed 4 bedded home and have the responsibility for the recruitment and retention of a staff team and you will actively encourage staff progression. Location This role is based in Telford and is commutable from Shrewsbury, Cannock, North Birmingham and Shropshire.
