Warehouse Operative – Afternoon Shift (2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Location: Poynton
Hours: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Weekly Hours: 37.5

Our client is a well‑established UK supplier known for delivering high‑quality products to a wide range of customers nationwide. They operate to strict national and international standards and pride themselves on safety, reliability, and exceptional service. They are now looking to expand their warehouse team in Poynton.

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to support the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on role within a busy environment where accuracy, teamwork, and safe working practices are essential.

• Picking and collating customer orders.
• Loading and unloading vehicles using on‑site lifting equipment (full training provided if required).
• Supporting general warehouse operations, including stock movement and housekeeping.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational targets.

• Experience working in a busy or heavy‑duty warehouse environment.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach to Health & Safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Positive attitude toward training and development.
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in the quality of work.
