You’ll play a vital role in helping our services run smoothly and efficiently while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.What you’ll do:Deliver excellent customer service, answering queries with professionalism and empathySupport key administrative tasks, such as appointment booking, data entry, and document handlingHelp manage tenancy support services, assisting with lettings, rent queries, and resident requestsUse IT systems to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communicationLearn how to guide people through debt relief options, grant applications, and financial planningWork collaboratively with colleagues and partners to improve service deliveryWhat you’ll gain:A Level 3 Housing and Property QualificationOn the job training and real-world experience with guidance from experienced professionalsPractical skills in administration, communication, and customer careCareer development and progression opportunitiesA warm, inclusive team that values your growth and inputWhat we’re looking for:GCSE’s Grade 4 and above in English and Maths, or the equivalent is essentialStrong communication and people skillsThe ability to stay organised and on top of tasksConfidence using computers, smartphones, and digital systemsA friendly, proactive mindset and a passion for supporting othersA commitment to regular attendance and personal developmentFull UK driving licence or willingness to work towards obtaining oneWe can offer youA comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available.
