This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and customer-focused individual to develop their career within a growing business that prides itself on quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Installer Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of modular ramp systems at customer locations nationwide. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities Install modular access ramp systems at customer sites across the UK Assemble and secure components using hand and power tools Carry out maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to existing installations Ensure all installations comply with relevant health, safety, and building regulationsComplete installation records, photographs, and customer sign-off documentation accurately Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times Work collaboratively with Project Managers and the wider installation team to meet project deadlines Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working orderTravel nationally with occasional overnight stays as required Candidate Requirements Previous experience within installation, construction, engineering, or a similar hands-on environment would be advantageous Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools Strong practical problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to interpret technical drawings and installation instructions Professional communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence essential CSCS card desirable Flexible approach to travel and working outdoors in varying conditions Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLife assurance Enhanced family benefits Cycle to work scheme Charity sponsorship opportunities Employee discount scheme Ongoing training and development TPBN1_UKTJ
