Job Title: Service / Parts Advisor Job Type: Permanent Salary:£35,000 + Bonuses This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous motor trade, commercial vehicle, service, or parts experience looking to join a stable business with excellent long-term prospects and employee benefits.Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Flexible shift patterns available (afternoon/evening hours required up to 10pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis Main Duties&Responsibilities: Preparing job cards and raising invoices using Kerridge DMS and customer authorisation platforms Managing customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face Liaising with technicians regarding workshop progress and workload Managing daily service bookings and workshop loadingKeeping customers updated regarding work, authorisations, and costs Arranging subcontractor work and following up where required Completing estimates accurately and efficiently Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times Requirements: Previous experience within a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or automotive/commercial vehicle roleKerridge DMS experience highly desirable Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail Benefits: Bonus scheme Paid overtime Increased holiday entitlement with service Healthcare schemeRecruitment incentive awards Cycle to work scheme TPBN1_UKTJ
