Job Shop Recruitment has an opportunity to work for our client based in Torbay. We are looking for Industrial and Garage Door Engineers/Installers to join an expanding working force. You must be hardworking, have a high level of mechanical skills, have a pleasant demeanour with personal communication and have professional references. You will be an integral part of the team. Your duties will include the installation of residential garage doors, garage door openers, and related components. You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service. You will be also expected to assist in the manufacture of Roller Shutters and Roller Garage doors in main workshop. Responsibilities: ? Mechanically and Technically inclined ? Good communication and organisation skills ? Attention to detail is critical ? Adaptability to different work environments ? Self-motivated ? Complete and manage required paperwork ? Any other duties deemed by the Company Qualifications: ? A minimum of 2 years of Garage Door & Shutter installation OR construction remodelling experience preferred ? Basic Mechanical Skills ? A proven track record of superior workmanship ? An exceptional work ethic ? Valid Driver?s License and CSCS card ? Ability to deliver superior customer service ? Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards ? Be willing to be versatile, self-motivated & team-oriented ? Ability to lift 45 kilos ? Ability to pass a drug screening and a background check ? A minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required Areas covered Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset
