THE RESPONSIBILITIES: The overall responsibility within this role will be to ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment. You will be reporting into the senior staff nurses and the Unit manager. You will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges. You will work to ensure that the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient is in line with evidence based practices. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. You will also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff.
