Industrial Cleaner, Paignton

Location: Paignton, Devon

We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join a busy crab processing factory in Paignton, Devon. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the production site.

You will be working as part of a team responsible for ensuring all factory areas, equipment, and production tools are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily operations.

• Cleaning and sanitising factory production areas
• Washing and sanitising trays and food processing equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery to hygiene standards
• Hosing down factory floors and work areas
• Ensuring compliance with strict health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
• Supporting overall site cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team

• £13.90 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
• Stable, ongoing work in a busy production environment
• Full training provided
