Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 2 PQE) – Devon | Up to £50,000 | Hybrid Considered

• Assisting on a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Drafting and negotiating leases, transfers and related legal documentation
• Supporting on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
• Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
• Progressively managing your own caseload with ongoing support and development
• Some residential property exposure may arise as part of the wider team workload, but commercial property experience and interest are essential for this role

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or up to 2 years' PQE
• Previous experience within commercial property law
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within commercial property

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• 37.5-hour working week
