Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, 3 days per week.
