Estimator Property Services North London Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover of£150 million, delivering projects across the Property Services sector. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London. The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued fromsub £50,000 up to £20 million.Responsibilities Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion Preparing and managing tender submissions Negotiating tenders with clients and stakeholders Putting together comprehensive tender documentation Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final accountBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships Undertaking first principle estimating Working across Social Housing frameworks Pricing and cost planning for tenders Requirements Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor 510 years experience in a similar roleDegree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management Strong commercial awareness and acumen Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects Additional Information Salary£60,000 - £80,000 TPBN1_UKTJ
