Every component we manufacture plays a critical role in on track performance, and our Composites department sits at the heart of delivering race winning technology.Our composite machining function produces high precision, race‑critical components using state‑of‑the‑art machinery and advanced composite materials.As a Composite Machining Trainee, you’ll join an environment where learning is hands‑on, standards are world-class, and your development is taken seriously from day one.The RoleThe Composite Machining Trainee role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in high precision composite manufacturing within Formula One.Working alongside experienced machinists and team leaders, you will be trained in the machining of composite components.
