Part time School Catering Assistant, Uttoxeter

Blue Arrow is proud to be working with a reputable school in Stoke and is now seeking a part‑time Catering Assistant to support their kitchen.

Hours: Monday – Friday 10am to 2:30pm

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Location: Stoke

• Support the kitchen with the preparation of dishes
• Keep kitchen stations clean in line with health and safety policies
• Serve food items to children and staff
• Handle payments for meals and recognise free school dinners
• Clean canteen tables as you go, ready for the next group of children/staff

• Reliable and punctual
• Trustworthy
• Capable of working at a fast pace
• Can use own initiative
• Warm, friendly and approachable
• Outgoing and able to build rapport with students and other staff members

• An enhanced child DBS
• Ability to commit to part‑time hours ongoing
