Pupil Welfare Support – SEND Care & Plans Champion, East Staffordshire

John Taylor MAT is looking for a SEND Pupil Welfare Support Assistant to champion children’s needs within the Trust. The role entails working as part of a team to ensure safety and care for children while meeting their intimate needs.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for children with complex needs and shaping care plans in collaboration with parents, carers, and school staff. You will also work closely with the SENDCo to implement and monitor personal targets effectively.
