Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts. You will assist with scheduling, content support, engagement monitoring, and basic reporting while gaining real agency experience.

A key part of this role includes managing and supporting up to 30 social media accounts per week, ensuring content is scheduled, published, and tracked efficiently across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support up to 30 social media accounts per week, including scheduling and publishing content
• Assist with content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Support content creation including captions, hashtags, and basic edits
• Monitor engagement (comments, messages, interactions) and flag opportunities
• Prepare content for client approval and organise feedback
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking
• Assist with performance tracking and weekly reporting
• Work closely with designers and senior marketers to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
• Strong written English skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling platforms is a plus
