Sales Associate (Full Training Provided)

Overview:

We are seeking energetic, professional, and people-focused individuals to join our customer engagement team in Slough. In this role, you will represent well-known brands, engage with customers face-to-face, and help create positive experiences that build long-term relationships.

No previous experience is required, as we provide full product training and ongoing coaching.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Interact with customers in person to introduce products and services
• Represent trusted brands through organised residential campaigns and events
• Communicate key product information clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives
• Gather customer insights to help improve outreach strategies
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop new ideas that enhance customer engagement
• Stay informed on brand messaging, industry developments, and market trends

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging new people
• A friendly, approachable manner with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends if required
• Additional language skills are advantageous when engaging diverse communities
