We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our residential development scheme in Exeter. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing finishing snags on plots prior to CML handover.

• Completing snagging works to a high standard across various trades, including carpentry, plastering, painting, and general finishing tasks.
• Ensuring plots meet quality standards and are ready for timely handover.
• Collaborating with the site team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a multi-trader, preferably in residential developments.
• Ability to work across multiple trades with a keen eye for detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• CSCS card.
• Own tools and transport.
