LEAD ENGINEER Job Title: Lead Engineer Location: Slough, Berkshire Salary:£57,000 (OTE £65,000+) Shift: Days (Early Shift) Job Role of the Lead Engineer. The company want to keep investing into both the site and engineers to keep up with the success and growth of the business.You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery. Sector - Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Lead Engineer Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.Leadership experience or aspirational Engineering Qualification Requirements for the Lead Engineer Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
