Damp Proofing and Timber Preservation Property Surveyor Due to expansion, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Damp Proofing and Timber Preservation Property Surveyor preferably with at least 5 years? relevant industry experience and a demonstrable track record of outstanding performance in the work environment. You will be a people person, confident, likeable and be dedicated to outstanding customer service. You will thrive on responsibility, be comfortable working on your own initiative, as well as having a flexible approach to your work. You will have a keen eye for detail and sound communication skills; written and verbal. You will be enthusiastic about expanding your existing knowledge of the damp proofing and timber preservation, and should be keen to learn how to conduct surveys using the company's methodology. Applicants who already possess the CSRT or CSSW qualification are highly preferred. ?The Role will include: Starting on an intensive training programme, you will shadow an experienced CSRT Surveyor to learn how to survey as required. Once comfortable with the basics, you will manage your own range of enquiries from first contact to conversion; remaining one of the few main contacts which the client has with the business. You will be in constant contact with your supervising Surveyor, discussing specifications and technique regularly to further your personal development. Additionally, you will be enroled on the company's specialist management training programme, allowing you to development a host of unique management and surveying techniques, providing the footing for your development into a leader in your field. You will travel throughout Yorkshire, visiting homes and building sites, meeting clients and other professionals to discuss damp proofing and timber preservation works.
