Service Controller Normanton £18-20K depending on experience Need some flexibility on hours Our client is seeking a Service Controller who is used to working within a fast paced environment, working as part of a Small team you will be responsible for overseeing a number of clients to ensure all runs smoothly Duties/Responsibilities: Working on Excel on a daily basis - need Strong Excel skills Process on/off/exchanges on to service list. Assist in the production of Management Reports. Process customer calls for the Service Department. Complete management of warranty process. Recording duty on call forms and adding to breakdown list. Consolidation of the service list. Dealing with queries and ensuring recorded Create and distribute service lists. Process on/off/exchanges on to service list. Plan and maintain the Service list to include the application of permits. Oversee the running of the Service Contract. Support the fuel management function.
