I am currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner with to join this reputable law firm based in Wakefield, working as part of their Conveyancing department you will be responsible for sale and purchase files from instruction to completion including: Seeing clients to take instructions and advise To see cases through from inception to conclusion in accordance with best conveyancing practices To check titles and conduct client meetings To cultivate and maintain relationships with introducers and referrers To, where the opportunity arises to generate new introducers/sources of work To ensure that introducers websites and systems are diligently updated and service level agreement requirements maintained To deal with checking of mortgage offers and reporting to clients To comply with the requirements of the lender where there is a mortgage To prepare completion statements and invoices Applicants must have relevant experience of working within residential conveyancing, you will have have the ability to work on your own intiative along with a professional manner
