MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: * Primarily, to carry out a full range of plastering services, including the cementitious tanking and plastering of walls and floors, using a range of damp proofing products and systems. * To carry out stud walling and plasterboarding, as required. * To carry out any other aspects of property repair which might be within your competence or skill set. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Follows the instructions provided to them by the Project Manager to carry out a range of damp proofing and remedial works. * Ensures that the proper materials and equipment are taken to site each day, in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Project Manager. * Carefully plans their daily tasks to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. * Completes each project in good time. * Reports any necessary changes or deviations from the work plan to the Project Manager, as they occur. * Relaying any queries which the clients have to the Project Manager for action. * Complies with health and safety and any special safety requirements stipulated by the Contract Manager or the client. * Reports to the Project Manager on job progress and prepares suitable handover notes at the end of each day. * Keeps their vehicle and the equipment allocated to it clean and well-maintained. * Ensures that the site on which they are working is kept clean and tidy. * Is an advocate for the company brand
