Empowering Supported Living Worker – Train, Grow, Impact, Wallsend

Pin Point Health & Social Care is seeking Supported Living Workers to provide person-centred care to young adults with physical and/or learning disabilities in a supportive living environment.

The role involves assisting individuals with everyday tasks, promoting independence, and offering emotional support. Ideal candidates will have experience working with similar populations and must be flexible with shifts.
