Registered Manager - Autism/Learning Disabilities, Wednesbury

Domus have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a leading Health and Social Care provider, with more than 300 locations across England. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the quality of the support they provide. This fantastic service provides self-contained flats within a specialist residential care home for adults with a range of complex needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. They are paying £37,000 per annum for the successful candidate. Interview Process This will be a two stage interview process. The first stage will consist of an initial telephone screening with the Operations Manager, concluded with a formal interview most likely to take place at the service. The ideal candidate? Someone who can ?hit the ground running?. Have proven experience at management level with a solid understand of CQC and relevant legislation. Be experienced, honest, transparent with a warming approach, level headed and keeping the local authorities on-side. Have experience in the management of budgetary and performance issues as well as a variety of other contractual requirements. Maintain and develop good relationships with commissioners and families of the people supported. Level 5 Social Care or management qualification. Company benefits?
