Are you an experienced Children's Support worker?  Kerry Collins are passionate about making positive changes to the young people?s lives. We are currently recruiting for one of clients in the Tamworth area for an NVQ Level 3 experienced Children?s Support worker for permanent night shifts. Duties:  Provide support for the young people by showing awareness of individual interests and preference. To contribute to the provision of a safe and caring environment. To provide primary care on a day-to-day basis according to the young person?s individual needs. Support with preparing, implementing, and reviewing care plans. Complete high-quality records which are professional and written in a child friendly manner. Plan, organise and participate in day-to-day activities with the young people. You may need to use physical interventions, in line with flourishes training, guidelines and procedures.
