Special Needs TA - Autism Experience - Special School Do you have experience of working 1:1 with a pupil with Autism? You will be working with a caring and experienced team who are committed to meeting the individual needs of every child and to creating a happy, safe and secure environment. The role of the TA requires you to work 1:1 with a Y1 pupil with Autism. A flexible approach to teaching PECS or Makaton desirable Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with both staff and pupils.
