What you will do:

- Conduct thorough assessments and reviews within home environments, ensuring tailored advice and guidance are provided.
- Recommend and supply standard and bespoke specialist equipment, leaning on your sound clinical reasoning.
- Implement both minor and major adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG).
- Perform manual handling assessments and risk assessments with precision.
- Collaborate with the NHS, local authorities, and Child Development Centres, ensuring comprehensive support for all children.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and signposting to additional services where needed.

Requirements:

You must beHCPCregistered and possess a full driving licence as you will be travelling to various locations to provide care. Your strong understanding of complex equipment and adaptations will be crucial to your success in this role.
