This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established organisation delivering smart metering services across the UK. The company is investing in its field teams, training, systems and long-term growth, making this a strong opportunity for engineers looking for stability, progression and realistic earning potential.The Package: Basic salary from£39,923 - £41,571 p/a Higher earning bands available for engineers with additional skills such as 3 Phase, Medium Pressure Average OTE of £48,000 to £53,000 p/a Opportunity to earn daily bonus payments Monthly performance bonus Saturday bonus scheme availableEnhanced Call-out and Standby payments 29 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays Monthly lunch allowance, equivalent to£720 per year Contributory pension scheme Life assurance Retail discount scheme Access to electric vehicle schemes Ongoing training and development About you: Minimum Qualifications: CCN1/CMA1&MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma.
