Job Description Our client is a rapidly growing firm of telephone-based advisors based in Birchwood, Warrington. Operating in the Financial Services Sector our client is looking to expand their existing national proposition. They do not have a call centre culture; They are a boutique business with a dynamic team of highly trained FCA authorised advisors who manage their own set of customers. They partner with banks and well known finance companies. As a firm of FCA Authorised Advisors specialising in selling regulated products we contact the finance company?s customers just after they have taken out a new loan. They take the customer through a process regulated by the FCA to determine what products and services are suitable for their customers. The client will consider home working where suitable for proven sales persons. Main Responsibilities * Following an advised process to sell regulated products such as Guaranteed Asset Protection * Follow the Treating Customers Fairly ethos to deliver excellent customer service * Achieve set KPI?s in coordination with our client?s expectations Skills and Attributes * Strong communication and listening skills * Strong Outbound experience and knowledge * Able to work independently to achieve personal and company goals * Able to sell under FCA guidelines and company compliance procedures * Have a desire to exceed targets * Can work well as part of a team * Excellent sales and customer care * Proven time management and organisational skills Benefits * Uncapped earning potential?
