Social Worker - Adults First Response Team, Warrington

Warrington require a QSW with experience completing timely community Care Act Assessments using a strengths based approach with a range of adult service user groups including older people, mental health, learning disability, physical disabilities etc. Significant experience of conducting S42 (safeguarding enquiries) and completing mental capacity assessments You must hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and be HCPC registered. Additionally, you must have at least two years post qualifying experience and be able to provide five years of references.
