Commercial Gas & Heating Engineer, WA1

Commercial Maintenance Services UK Limited are an established, national commercial building maintenance company. We supply a wide range of building service and engineering support to blue chip companies nationwide, including retail, commercial and healthcare sites. We are looking for mobile Gas & Heating Engineers to carry out all works associated with the installation, testing, servicing, repair, maintenance & commissioning of all heating and plumbing services. Responsibilities: * The ideal candidate will have a ?can do? attitude and be willing to turn their hand to various M&E tasks as required. * Willing to work flexible hours and a reasonable amount of overtime & be part of a 1 in 4 call out rota. * We will expect you to abide by our Health & Safety procedures & to play an active role in our on-line H&S Training program. * Must be able to work with the minimum of instruction/supervision if required to do so. * Mentoring and assessing of apprentices as required. * Preparation of maintenance reports. Qualifications: * Domestic and commercial gas qualifications * Multi disciplined with OFTEC, LPG, Catering and Laundry qualifications will be an advantage * Current Driving License * Ability to Work in the UK Experience: * Carrying out planned preventative & reactive maintenance * Carrying out mechanical maintenance * Carrying out mechanical installations * Work as part of a team within larger projects as well as in isolation * Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills. * IT literate with working knowledge of Excel and Word We Offer: * Consistent volumes of work * A commitment to training ? maintaining existing qualifications and adding new skills where possible * Extensive company benefits scheme including pension and healthcare * Company van & fuel card * Company uniform * iPad & iPhone * Competitive salary with overtime and call out
