Senior M&E Revit Technician, Warrington

Vertical Recruitment are working on behalf of an award-winning international building services and multi-disciplinary consultancy practice. They have an immediate need for an M&E Revit technician to be based in Warrington and work on a variety of technically challenging and complex projects, this includes data centres and high specification new build commercial developments. About our client: A building Services consulting engineering practice providing comprehensive mechanical and electrical design services to the built environment since establishment 20 years ago. Sectors they work in include, education, commercial, residential, sports & leisure. Job Description: " Extensive Working knowledge of Revit MEP and building services sector, preferably with 5+ years' experience. " AutoCAD trained. " Can use CAD and Revit without supervision. " HNC, HND, or BEng in relevant discipline or equivalent experience " Good communication and leadership skills to liaise with and supervise younger technicians and communicate design plans with engineers. Skills Required: Technicians need to be efficient with using Revit and carry out the following tasks; " All aspects of building services (MEP) design and installation. " MEP components, fixtures and fittings " Understanding of coordination and the sequencing of services " Ability to document design/coordination issues and recommend alternative solutions. " Communicate well with team members, clients and external design team
