Green Park is a spacious care home designed to support 101 residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has an 18-bed dementia plus unit and has recently opened a new 18 bed specialist unit, which is an exciting and innovative approach to caring for people with dementia through meaningful engagement. The home has also had a busy year, with being awarded a good CQC rating, and one of their Nurses won the ?Good Nursing Award?, at Orchard Care Homes? annual heart awards. With your natural leadership qualities, you will manage all aspects in the day-to-day running of the home and supervise the delivery of quality personalised care where everyone is treated with dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. You will ensure all legal requirements are met and strive for an outstanding CQC rating.
