About Us: We are looking for a caring and dedicated registered nurse to join our team at Three Bridges, based in Warrington. Three Bridges is a single storey care home located in the residential suburb of Latchford, south east of Warrington. The home offers personalised care to 53 residents, with a variety of nursing, dementia and general care needs, as well as specialising in end of life care and other complex needs, such as enteral feeding. The highly experienced care team, believe that the residents should be as active as possible, and organise days out in the local area, as well as organising events in the home?s café area, which provides a relaxed and friendly environment for both residents and visitors. The Role: As a qualified nurse, you will be responsible for: ? assessing the needs of our residents and formulating person-centred care plans ? ensuring that medical, physical and emotional needs of our residents are met ? administering medication safely ? reviewing residents? wellbeing and carrying out risk assessments ? supervising care staff to deliver high quality care ? championing residents? safety and dignity. About you: ? You?ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). ? You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans, and understand regulatory frameworks. ?
