We are looking for a detailâdriven and proactive Systems Analyst & Support to join our IT Development team. In this role, you will support and enhance our core business systems, helping to ensure they remain reliable, efficient, and fit for the future. You will play a key part in both dayâtoâday application support and longerâterm system development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide robust support for core business systems, focusing on rootâcause analysis and longâterm issue resolution.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Carry out system, functional, and regression testing to ensure stability and reliability of solutions.
• Support software upgrades and pilot releases, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Produce clear, userâfriendly documentation to support system adoption and effective use.
• Recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Work closely with the Development Team Manager to prioritise workload and support future development plans.
• Provide thirdâline support and liaise with thirdâparty suppliers where required.
• Support wider IT team activities as needed to ensure business continuity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting and analysing businessâcritical systems in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of system and regression testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and application issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly for nonâtechnical users.
• A structured, analytical approach to problemâsolving and change.
• Ability to understand endâtoâend business processes and how systems integrate.
• Flexible, collaborative, and willing to support wider team objectives.
