What You Will Do:

• Provide high-quality care to individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges
• Develop and implement personalised treatment and recovery plans
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Support patients throughout their recovery journey
• Conduct assessments, counselling, and patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration
• Experience in substance misuse or community mental health settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
