The Role As Senior Payroll Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant payroll services across a diverse contractor portfolio.Your responsibilities will include: Processing weekly and monthly payroll for umbrella, CIS, and contractor workers Calculating PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, holiday pay, and statutory deductions Validating timesheets, invoices, and payment instructions Acting as a senior point of contact for contractor payroll queriesInvestigating and resolving complex payroll discrepancies Ensuring full compliance with HMRC, FCSA, SafeRec, AWR, and pension regulations Supporting and mentoring junior payroll team members Assisting with process improvements and system enhancements Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and contractorsThis is a highly visible, client-facing role within a busy contractor payroll environment.
