Commercial Property Paralegal, Warrington

Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience

We’re working with a regional law firm looking to hire a Commercial Property Paralegal into their team in Warrington, Wigan, Leigh or Whitefield. You’ll support fee earners on a range of commercial property matters, assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties by phone, email and occasionally in person
• Assist with commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as leases, licences, reports on title and completion statements
• Carry out and review searches, title documents and Land Registry entries
• Manage file administration and keep the case management system up to date
• Chase outstanding documentation and deal with enquiries
• Prepare completion packs and coordinate with the accounts team
• Handle post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Support fee earners with ongoing matters and general team administration
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in commercial or residential property
