Warehouse Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 07:30 - 16:00 The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis. Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to assist our client in Newhaven. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets.
• Reworking orders and packaging them into the correct SKUs.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
• Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
• Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Using warehouse systems and scanners (training provided).

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

Preferable for this position but not essential:

• Forklift experience
• Access to own vehicle

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Access to a device to complete an online application.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
