Trainee Window Fitters, Waterlooville

Genesis Employment Services Ltd currently recruiting for Trainee Window Fitters. Due to continued expansion we currently have vacancies for Window Fitters to fit our products on site - working throughout the UK.

• Working as part of a 3-man crew.
• Everyone starts as a 3rd man whose role is to assist the crew with the standing in and fitting of windows.
• Full training is provided and potential progression to 2nd and 1st man.
• Start and finish time is determined by the location of your site; typical leaving time is 06:00.
• Work on a job finish basis; once the product is fitted your day is complete.
• Usually a mix of local day sites and long-range day assignments.
• Product range includes PVC/Alum/Wood; fitting to new house builders (customers include Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Barratts).

• A knowledge of the building industry/CSCS card would be an advantage but is not essential as full training is provided.
• A full driving licence is necessary.
• Good level of communication.
• Strong team working skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Willingness to work towards obtaining C licence.
• Driving Licence (required) - CSCS (preferred) - C Licence (preferred).

• Job Types: Temp to perm, Permanent, Full-time.
